Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about TrySora, storyboards, text-to-video, image-to-video, model availability, usage rights, and account workflows.

What is TrySora?

TrySora is an independent AI creation workspace for storyboards, text-to-video, and image-to-video workflows. It helps creators move from a shot brief to an exportable clip in one place.

Is TrySora operated by OpenAI?

No. TrySora is an independent third-party platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. The provider and model available to your account are shown before submission.

Does every generation use the Sora model?

No. Model availability depends on the providers configured for the workspace. A model is identified as Sora only when that exact provider option is available; otherwise the selected model is named clearly.

When should I use image-to-video?

Use image-to-video when the character, product, composition, or art direction is already approved. It gives the motion model a concrete visual starting point and usually reduces drift.

Can I publish generated clips commercially?

Check the selected model provider terms and review every output for third-party rights, trademarks, likenesses, and required AI disclosures before commercial publication.

How do reference images work?

Upload a storyboard frame or approved image, then describe the subject and camera motion you want. Keep visual redesign instructions minimal when preserving the starting frame matters.

Why is a completed preview no longer available?

Provider preview links may expire. Download an approved result promptly and save the prompt, model, ratio, duration, and source frame with the exported file.
